Cobee once again secures its position on LinkedIn’s Top Startups 2023
LinkedIn has unveiled the fourth edition of its annual LinkedIn Top Startups list, and Cobee has once again earned a spot among the top 20 young companies with the highest growth and impact in the country. This recognition, bestowed by the social network, acknowledges the most attractive and valued companies to work for, those that have navigated their way through economic challenges in many countries.
Back in 2019, when Cobee embarked on its journey, the goal was to transform the benefits sector. We were fully aware of the numerous and intricate challenges we faced. Over time, we have tirelessly worked to enhance and assist an increasing number of human resources teams in improving employee satisfaction and benefits.
Being selected by LinkedIn, for yet another year, as one of the best companies to work for is a robust endorsement of our business strategy. What does it mean to be a LinkedIn Top Startup?
To make it onto the list, startups had to meet LinkedIn’s four established criteria: workforce growth, interest in their job postings, user interaction with the company and its employees, and how these emerging companies attracted candidates from LinkedIn’s Top Companies list.
Joining Cobee in this edition are 19 other companies from various sectors, including notable names like Trucksters, Impress, Incapto, Ukio, and WOW Concep.
This year, the criteria were adjusted by lowering the age limit to five years, allowing for the recognition of more early-stage, initially growing, and funding-stage companies.
The revolution in the benefits landscape is advancing, and this recognition from LinkedIn propels and motivates us to continue growing and dedicating all our efforts to a sector that is in constant expansion.

In addition, LinkedIn has also revealed another list featuring the seven most promising companies in Europe, and Cobee is once again part of this prestigious group.
